RETURN

In accordance with the law,you have the right to withdraw without giving any reason for 14 days from receipt of the product or from the date on which you signed the contract for the provision of services.This right of cancellation does not belong to the professional buyer.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by registered mail to the following address:rue de la Roche, 6, 1470 Bousval, Belgiumor by e-mail to "alisonandbrianasteaselection@gmail.com" within the given time. If you contact us by e-mail, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

You must return the Products as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will make a full refund within 30 days, except for the return costs, which will remain your responsibility.

The products must imperatively be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all their accessories as well as the original invoice/delivery note. The products thus returned must not have been unpacked, unsealed, used in any way. Incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled goods by the customer will not be taken back.

Within 30 days, after acceptance of the return of the goods, the seller undertakes to reimburse any payment, with the exception of shipping costs.

Also, please note that theperishable goods sold onlinecannot be returned.This limit to the right of withdrawal is justified given the perishable nature of the foodstuffs and the fact that, once delivered, the seller is no longer able to ensure that they are properly packaged.
